A professional Mission
Her professional life has been profoundly shaped by her personal one. In the final year of Nursing training at university, having just had her 3rd child, her mum was diagnosed with incurrable small cell lung cancer. Suddenly every second mattered. She spent the next year caring for her mum, just as she had once cared for Leanne when she was a child.
Her mum asked her to promise that she would finish her nurse degree that she had worked so hard for. That is exactly what she did after her mum passed away, she even finished her degree with distinction. From that moment on she vowed not to take life for granted but instead to always follow her dreams and take the necessary risks in realising them.
Her experience as a nursing practitioner, dealing with patients and their families, had persuaded her to take a holistic view of health and indeed happiness.
so why move into aesthetics - or cosmetic treatments as it's sometimes called?
There is a stigma around aesthetics that Leanne wants to challenge. She believes there is a difference between vanity and confidence. Wellness must be achieved in the mind as well as the body, and a subtle cosmetic procedure - part of a personalised treatment plan can markedly improve self-esteem. Just as she was determined to become the best version of herself, she is here to help you become the best version of yourself.
